Last night we had pad thai at home. Tonight, I'll probably make slow-cooker enchiladas.

Spinach-ricotta-feta pie. It's cooled off enough this week that I can finally cook again.

Leftover sweet potato fries. Apparently after I changed my mind about taking the leftover portion of Chilean Sea Bass for lunch today, I forgot to put it back in the fridge before I left for work. Sad panda. I need a vacation.

Tacos. I'm leaving on a 4-day trip in the AM and the wife knows I love her tacos.

Molly Wizenberg's podcast, Spilled Milk, was all about pasta sauces san tomatoes this week (while discussing her fear of caves).

I might try the rigatoni and five lilies this weekend. I love onions!

Yesterday I made Indian food: a cabbage, potato and cauliflower curry (with tofu instead of paneer), chicken in a sweet coconut curry with pistachios and raisins; lamb kebabs in a masala sauce (sans dairy, of course), and rice pilau. Tonight I got the night off: we went out to one of our local Israeli places, and I got kubbeh, Moroccan cigars, potato pastelim, and dark meat chicken shishlik in whole wheat pita with pickled veg and hummus.

It was actually Outback Steak House. Bread & butter, a Bloomin' Onion appetizer, small sirloinn, steamed broccoli, and three serving of never-ending grilled shrimp, washed down with iced tea. Too full for desert at OSH. Later my wife baked a home-made pineapple upside down cake, served with ice cream.
