    I had never even heard of a Dutch baby until this thread!

    Breakfast this morning was some over-easy eggs, toast, ham chunks (tossed in the pan to heat after the eggs were cooked), and a few splashes of Texas Pete and black pepper.

    Vegetarian, but not vegan....
    2 tablespoons of Butter melted
    add 2 tablespoons of Flour to make a roux
    1 cup of milk.

    Stir it all up and add pepper to taste. So easy, even I can make it AND I can remember it.

    Ummm...what is a pb&j quesadilla? Also...what is a cream cheese and strawberry jam quesadilla.
