Oops. Seems I forgot both breakfast and lunch. I did have a warm mug of Mandarin Orange Spark early this morning to knock off the chill. It was delicious.

The wife and I have been trying to make the ever-so-cliche lifestyle change, and as such as are changing our breakfast habits - her actually eating breakfast, and me changing from carb-heavy cereals to something with more protein.

So this morning's breakfast (prepared last night) was made up of roasted slices of pork sausage in a stew of caramelized onions, green pepper and mushrooms with some hard-boiled egg thrown in. It tasted like more.

Fruit. Pineapple, blueberries and strawberries. Would have loved some gooseberries but have not found any around here.

We have a stack of Starbucks gift cards. This morning I had a spinach & feta cheese wrap. It was good, but could've used more spinach. My wife had the egg, bacon & gouda on a chibata bun (very good, but kind of small).
