    Yesterday was my graduation brunch... Pork carnitas hash with sweet potatoes, poblanos, and a fried egg. Bloody Maria with house-infused maple bacon Tequila. And a Garden margarita.

    Today was two fried eggs, two chicken sausages, and chili-lime plantain chips, with the honey-almond-milk latte grabbed on the way home from yoga.

    2.5 cups of fresh ground coffee.
    Wright's thick sliced bacon, three slices (a couple not so thick).
    Two jumbo egss, fried sunnyside up in the bacon grease.
    Two slices of 100% whole wheat toast sugar free.
    Large glass of whole milk.

    Fresh squeezed orange juice with Moet champagne.
    Waffles with fresh fruit and maple syrup
    Mushroom scramble with roasted garlic, spinach greens, three different kinds of mushrooms and threes kinds of cheese, oh and eggs.
    Reindeer sausage.

    Had an early (7am) breakfast of orange juice, raisin bran, and yogurt at the Holiday Inn Express in Gallup, NM.
    Then later on, a carne adovada omelet at Mary and Tito' Cafe, a little neighborhood Mexican cafe in Old Town Albuquerque. It's a place where my mom worked as a waitress 40 years ago.:D
