Fried egss with leftover meatloaf & leftover oven roasted potatoes.

Better than you might think. It's sort of like eggs, hash browns, and corned beef.

Nothing. Now I'm hungry and kind of stuck waiting for lunch.

A very successful breakfast quesadilla, with refried beans, cheese, and fried eggs inside. Crispy outside, melty inside, and heavy on the protein. A good breakfast!

Going on a 19 hour fast which I will break in 20 minutes. Typically I eat a high quality sausage or left over meat with a sweet potato or left over veggies from the previous night. I follow a Paleolithic diet but do eat dairy in moderation.

Dewd, eating that healthy shit will kill you :D .

I worked with an old guy who ate like an 18 year old college student. One of the women in the office was totally into eating healthy, ans she used to commnet on his eating habits (they were friends, it was cool).

He told her, "My brother ate nothing but natural foods that were supposed to be good for him, and they lead to his death" "How could eating healthy kill your brother?" "He was bicycling to his favorite health food store, and he got hit & killed by a drunk driver." "But the healthy food didn't kill him." "Yeah, it did, he could've walked to Jack-In-The-Box without even crossing the street."
