Ok so since you've gone paleo, does that mean you have to change your TFP handle?

Does it count as breakfast if you had it at 2pm? At any rate, pizza leftovers. Yum.

I woke up after 3 hours sleep and couldn't get back to sleep. After an hour of clearing my mind, etc. I was not asleep and hungry so I got up, grabbed some OJ and a Pure Protein high protein bar, took them back to bed and began reading "The Third Coast..."

I had breakfast and lunch at the same time. Bacon, egg, and cheese burger at our cafeteria.

    I should be ashamed...but I'm not, dammit.

I did leave most of the fries. Gotta walk away with a smidge of my pride intact.

Can I pretend this is Friday the 14th?
Mm. Not sure of all the ingredients but it was a 'Popeye Scramble' at (a) Red Apple restaurant (think they may be a small, local chain). I have loved spinach since I was little... then crispy, crumbled bacon sold me on this choice of late V-Day breakfast. Scrambled eggs (your choice of any-- but it was a scramble) atop this ceramic-handled (oven baking?) dish, filled past the brim with bacon, onion and hash browns, spinach, hint of cheese, plus two perfect buttermilk pancakes on the side. It was a very late lunch so I inhaled the pancakes, then took my time with the scramble. Brought fully half of it home and thoroughly enjoyed it as a full meal the next day. I had apple juice at the restaurant as I'd already had OJ and coffee while I was getting ready to go out.
If you came here, I'd take you to this place as despite living in a sea of suburbia, this is a small town place. The owner, as is common with smaller restaurants here, is a Greek national and boy, does he take pride in it all. Everything done right-- the food, the service, the price--and a dish brimming with Dum-dums to snag on your way out. Heavenly.
