Always a good choice down in Eugene :) We usually go to the Original Pancake House when we're down there as we don't have one here, but last time we ate at a really good vegetarian breakfast spot called the Morning Glory Cafe.

We had a pancake breakfast with the Boy Scouts in Mt. Angel. The pancakes were very fluffy.

I can't sleep, so I think I'll make myself breakfast as soon as the sausage finishes defrosting.

Venison sausage, scrambled eggs, and toast.
The butcher who made the venison sausage for me does an awesome job. I've had him make it for me in the past and severed it to several friends, everyone raves about it. I love breakfast sausage, and I honestly think it's the best (of any type) I've ever had. The only way you can tell it is venison is if you are the one cooking it, and that's because it generates almost no grease. They a little pork to the venison so it isn't too lean, but it's still way leaner (and probably better for you) than regular pork sausage. I'm hungry already.

This is my usual breakfast. Maybe today I'll get more ambitious and make an egg.
