I've been on a Spanish music kick lately. A lot of Juanes, a little Mana, some Bebe, some Ozomatli, and, because it's me, Hip Hop Hoodios.... It's got a good beat and you can dance to it.

The company makes equipment to record and bat-calls and transpose them to frequencies audible to humans. Their sampled bat sounds made into music seemed interesting; It made intuitive sense to me that the natural rhythms and tones of bats could be examined by an artist, and sequenced and layered to highlight the 'found' organic harmonies.
I had to listen.
I so, so wish I hadn't.
