    Beer usually helps.

    Spicy food also does it for me. I've got a slight headache and sniffly allergy nose this morning. Time for some nuclear mustard alongside my coffee.

    Wrong. Mirror Pond is a regular pale ale. Their NWPA is called Red Chair. I was just there on Friday. I know you're jealous!

    You are correct. I poured the bottles into the frosted mug while in the garage, and then tried to remember what it said. I had both NWPA and Mirror Pond in there. I got the NWPA.


    I am jealous. I guess I'll drink to console myself. :p

    Just finished the last of the protein shake I made for breakfast. It really tasted more like a milkshake. Delicious!

    2 tbsp. protein powder of choice
    16 oz. almond milk
    2 tbsp. natural peanut butter
    2 tbsp. chia seed

    Whiz it up until really, really frothy--a couple minutes or so. Enjoy!
