    I have studied all I can today. All the kids are at the movies. I am going to walk across the street and nurse a Cigar City Maduro Brown for an hour or so. Maybe pick up some chicken and green beans on the way back. Can't complain.

    Van Houtte coffee from a can. How is it that this coffee from a can tastes better than the various cups of Second Cup and Timothy's that I've had while here? I had a cup at Second Cup yesterday where they must have brewed the flavoured coffee first. It was gross. Other cups I've had were okay. Nothing spectacular with little nuance. I do like that Canadians seem to think it's perfectly acceptable to brew a whole pot of coffee in the evening.
