    Coconut has some... um... side effects if you eat/drink too much. Someone just told me that. I don't know why I didn't know that coconuts are high in magnesium. Pointless piece of information, for you. I don't like the regular vitamin waters because if I'm going to drink my calories, there is going to be alcohol involved.

    Thanks, I was all like, "ZOMG, WHAT DOES IT DOOOOO?" But I don't think I have to worry about it. :)


    I'm with you on not drinking calories...it's all water, sparkling water, black coffee, and unsweet tea lately. I picked up the coconut water to try something new, and it's only 80 calories a bottle.

    Nice. You dont see it all in the UK really - unless you go to a real out and out CAMRA pub and you dont get many these days.

    All you ever have on tap in the UK is Lager, a couple of bitters, a couple of ciders, and Guinness (or Kilkenny or something if its a really shady pub)

    I kind of yearn for the old days when you could get a pint of IPA, or a pint of Mild.

    Yeah, we even have real ale here too. It's one of the new trends. One of our local spots has a cask release every week. Ordering cask at one of the big brewers here always gets a question from the server: "You do know what you're ordering, right?" Well, yeah. I know it's not going to be as carbonated and it'll be room temperature. It's cool. Just go get my damn beer.
