    Been playing around with blending coffee. I have organic medium/dark beans, Eight O'clock beans and some Starbucks crap that a friend gifted to me. None of them have been satisfying by themselves, so I've started mixing them together. So far, a blend of about 40/40/20 (20% of Starbucks) seems pretty good. A grinder, a Keurig and refillable K cups are all a mad coffee scientist needs!
