I'm a Pepper. The store was all out of Diet Coke, so I ended up with Diet Dr. Pepper.

Diet Cranberry Splash Sierra Mist. Unfortunately, my local store does not have the cranberry Diet Sprite in yet. This will do until then.

that's cheap. I think if I went into the Starbucks across the street, a bag of French Roast (about a pound?) would set me back $14.

Sam's Club, 2.5 pound bag of French Roast, or Columbian Supremo, beans costs a little under $15.00.

Tullamore Dew is one crazy smooth Irish. The Famous Grouse is about as smooth as caramel if scotch is your taste. Maker's Mark is a fine bourbon.

  14. Thanks, going to the booze locker tomorrow. I just feel like having some whiskey. I do not know much, but i'd like something that wont break bank, but will be smooth.

I'll second The Famous Grouse, and add Teachers to the list of Scotch Whiskeys that are good but not too expensive.

  20. The base did not have Tullamore Dew, nor Famous Grouse. But it did have Jameson, Glenfidich, and McClellands's. Bought a bottle of McClelland's Islay. Not all that good, but far from the worst thing I've ever had. It is a good stepping stone for my quest on trying Whisky and Scotch.
