Food What are you drinking right now?

We have "supercharged" beers. Shlitz Malt Liquor, Olde English 800, & Magnum to name a few.

IIRC, Tennents Lager is 9% alcohol. I definately felt it after two 18.3 ounce cans.

We buy a store brand tea bags called Private Selection, which is pretty good. Judging from the packaging, I'm pretty sure that it's made by Twinings.

 

What I had in Scotland was Tennents Super Lager. I remember it having that distinct 'high alcohol content beer' taste, & one of my SILs commented on the 9% content.

A previously shared story: At a bus stop, I saw a guy chug two 40oz bottles of Olde English 800 in less than three minutes. I hope that he had a really strong bladder, or a very short ride.

 

Trenta half-green, half-passion iced tea, no classic, no water, two splenda.

Why is it not Friday yet?

 

I'm a bit burnt out on green tea, even the berry flavored one.
Time for the old standby, Constant Comment.

 

ooooh I love ginger beer. Drinking Goose Island IPA (with 911 wings at Hooters) .

 

Cap-10 orange flavored sparkling water.

I'm totally trying that at my meeting in the morning! But likely with more Splenda...

 

Fiesta Mart here sells a couple of diffferent brands of ginger beer, one of them will cook your mouth if you drink it when you're dry & thirsty. I like it, but I always make sure to 'wet my whistle' before drinking it. I need to check the Asian market for ginger beers.

What does "no classic" mean ?

 

Because I drink A LOT of different things. As always, I am chugging the mother's milk tea and water. I also have a blended decaf fancy coffee drink. Mmmmm...pointless calories!

 

No simple syrup

No unflavored sugar syrup.
That crap can add up to 300 calories to a trenta.
It's about 80 calories per pump.
Mine has no calories.

You won't need more than two, I promise. The passion tea is sweet on its own.

I drink the passion tea with 5. I love it super sweet.
