Lemon juice in that Ralphie? No sugar - wakes up the mouth lemon juice and water. Lime would probably be nice too - and protect you from scurvey.

 

Water, Brita filtered stored in the fridge.
I might go for a large cup of tea before/with lunch.

I try not to be downer in this thread, nobody likes a holier-than-thou ex(drinker, smoker, etc).
But since you opened the door....eight bottles of wine over how many days? Shared? Alone?

All alone. And it's 10 bottles in 7 days if you include the two I didn't enjoy.
I was a pot smoker last year and I seem to be substituting wine this year. I know it's bad.
But noticing the habit and stopping the habit seem to be two different things.
Keep watching me. I'll conquer it. I'm better than this

I've been on a new tea kick--acai, pomegranate, & blueberry green tea. It's Private Selection, the upscale store brand from Kroger. It's quite nice, has a strong berry flavor. Some 'purists' might not care for it.
