I'm having the same problem. Unfortunately, it's unlikely I'll cook anything big or extravagant as long as they're showing the house to potential buyers. :( I don't want to make a ginormous mess that I have to clean up.

    Eggplant parmesan.

We used to have an eggplant/aubergine plant (two actually at different times, one standard purple eggplant & one Japanese eggplant), and I cook a mean meat sauce, which I've also cooked as a vegetarian sauce. My wife would peel & fry the fresh eggplant, and we'd do a multilayered dish with plenty of mozzarella cheese. I could eat it five times a week without getting tired of it.

Playing Skyrim. I'm getting back into it, and this time around I'm enjoying it more. I've read a bit about playing strategies, etc., and now I have better focus on what to do.

It was really good. If we didn't have homemade sauce, Newman's Own (when our pathetic local Kroger store still stocked it) sauce was an acceptable substitute. The downside was we'd get 25+ eggplants on the plant, and no one we know likes eggplant. Much the same as the 50+ lemons we get on the lemon tree.

I love eggplant, but my husband dislikes it.

Snowy, you're dedicated to educating our youth, you embrace the art of cooking, and you're a downright freak!!;)

In short, you're everything a man could want in life and you definitely rock!

You'd better keep a bottle of Gatorade by your nightstand. :D

Perrier. There's a sexy in-joke associated with that that I can't share, and you wouldn't understand anyway.

I'll bow to your wisdom on that subject, then!

Just please don't tell me that you can pick up a bottle if Perrier with a part of your anatomy....

    Sorry, different thread

Curry. Thanks a lot. There is NO CURRY in this town. Seriously, not a single place to get Indian or thai food. Sad panda.
