    How is the NFL going to handle Peterson's admitted pot smoking? Give the usual four game suspension, or let it slide since they didn't catch him in a NFL random* drug test?

    Yeah, it's old news, but let's not forget Ray Lewis. While what he did and/or knew was never revealed to the public, it's pretty clear that he placed himself in a situation where he shouldn't have.

    * I have read & heard some pretty convincing arguments that the NFL avoids testing certain players, with the most sacred of cows being starting QBs.

    Technically it should fit under the new domestic abuse policy. Which means a baseline of 6 games, adjustable based on extenuating circumstances. We'll see if they follow that, and how they weigh the games he's already missed. They shouldn't count, since he's getting paid, but who knows.
