    So we got some snow today...

    I got to work about 20 minutes ago, in my snowshoes, not surprised to see I'm the only one here.

    ...which is a problem, considering that this means I can't access the network drive either, which is where all my current projects are saved.

    I called the help desk only to learn that nobody else has reported a problem, which most likely means the issue is confined to my offsite location, about a quarter mile down the road from the hospital's main campus.

    Seeing as I am not a network engineer, I will need to leave this monstrosity:

    to the experts, who probably aren't going to want to come down here to deal with my issue.

    I drive the new Honda Igloo. Runs well on regular gas, but doesn't hold up well in the summer.

    Just in case anyone thought I was exaggerating about the snow we've gotten. :p




    Keep in mind that, while sitting, the beast's head is 36-42" high depending on his posture. I dug out the side of a snow drift in the last few pics so you could get a good reference. The fence in the background is over 4.5' tall.
