yup - i eat staple only once a day (lunch). rest of the meals are mostly fruits, vegetables or protein.

They were extracted from an old dog's mouth during a dental cleaning. They're badly decayed.

For a brief, awful moment I pictured you saying "bad dog!", putting down the rolled up newspaper, and reaching for the rusty pliers hanging beside the dog leash. Yuck. My visuals are usually much cuter and more whimsical, trust me.

I confess that not only did I attend my daughter's band concert at school after she had expressly forbidden her mother and I, but I also walked right up to the stage and took photos of her and her friends before it started. Too bad I only had my cell phone - she had the nicest smile while I did so.
