What group is going to be in charge of this program, take the time to read those millions of emails?

This' another stupid shit knee-jerk action from Musk...who probably thinks it's funny and can't understand why nobody else is laughing.

It's just a way to piss people off and make them want to quit.
He would hate having it done to him so he thinks that the smart ones will leave if he does it to them.
Because he doesn't want smart people minding the store, just people who will take orders.
What he doesn't realize is there are a lot of very smart people who have been bureaucrats for decades.
This is a drop in the fucking bucket.
We do stupider things than this a hundred times a day, quickly and efficiently.
He has to fire us directly.
    And sadly, probably will.

I forgot to add NPD Trump is getting old, he needed Vance to help him blindside Zelenskyy.

Convince me they didn't plan to attack Zelenskyy.
Even if Zelenskyy had grovelled as Verruckterfuhrer wanted.

Folks pointing out he was recruited into the KGB in the 1990s. Interesting.

House Speaker Mike Johnson has been/is on the Sunday morning news programs, trying to defend the NPD Trump & Vance blindside attack on Ukraine President Zelenskyy.

Mike Johnson needs to be stuffed & locked in a locker after having his head dunked in a filthy toilet. [If I posted what I would love to have done to junior high (middle school) & high school bullies you would be seriously concerned about my dark side...and rightfully so.]

Johnson is a total Toungue In Trump's Rectum (TITR). If Johnson is truly a Christian he must be bi-polar because that is the only he can be both a TITR and a good Christian.

Oh, wait, he's a MAGA Republican, his ethics are extremely flexible.

Johnson isn't the only Repub speaking out of both sides of his mouth.

    Verruckterfuhrer wants to be king...
    and pope.

The Ukraine debacle in Europe, the North American tariffs, etc.

Trump is isolating America, and it's frightening to think that it might be on purpose.

I imagine most Americans don't realize how long they've had relatively cheap goods compared to other developed/wealthy nations.

If these tariffs hold, it's only a matter of time before the other shoe drops.

It's almost as if eggs were the canary in the coal mine.

Many Americans don't understand why the rest of the world -- including first world countries -- sees us as spoiled selfish brats. Wich we are.

    Court orders?

    Ha!

    https://www.axios.com/2025/03/16/trump-white-house-defy-judge-deport-venezuelans

Trump administration ignores judge's order to turn deportation planes around: Sources

Of course Verruckterfuhrer Trump wants to get this before SCOTUS, once he gets the rubber stamp he can start/continue going after anybody.

So if you're a foreigner in the USA completely legally, & you speak out against the policies of Verruckterfuhrer, you could find yourself being deported with no recourse.

Social Security overpays people, it happens. They have a legal obligation to recover the overpayments.

Social Security to Reinstate Overpayment Recovery Rate | SSA

Changes at the Social Security Administration | 60 Minutes

Suppose you're 85 and have received relatively small overpayments for 20 years, which could accumulatively be a fair amount. The SSA would totally stop your payments until it recovers the full amount...even though the overpayment is the fault of the SSA.

    The Fourth Reich is here.

What would happen if your electricity provider undercharged you,
    discovered their mistake,
    charged you the full amount,
then cut off your power because you couldn't pay your bill?

I do know of a couple of cases where we got people with disabilities jobs, they reported the jobs and SSDI kept sending them checks.
If they had told us it was happening we would have told them to send the checks back or put them in a separate account and do not touch them.
But they assumed Social Security knew what it was doing and cashed the checks.
I'm sure you all can see where this is going.
A year later and SS wants all their money back, with interest and it's not like these people are rich in the first place.
They cashed the checks because they needed them.

At the very least, this is a full-blown constitutional crisis.

I've had (still have?) poor relatives who relied entirely on SS payments.

And something really close to home: What happens to people in nursing homes who turn their SS payments over to the facility?
