    Happy to..
I gave names and not much info so.you al can decide how much spoiler to read before you hunt for them, dismiss them or ban me.
I have seen a lot that I would be embarrassed to say anything about in polite company.
I'm just a vanilla guy who's curious and not afraid I'll curl up and die or turn into a monster just because I saw a thing (movie, art, book, song) that people have done...some of them are worse than 2020 politics but they are just movies. Except Salo which was supposedly based on actual events.

This is Anthony Newley's super creepy acid trip of a movie featuring his wife at the time, Joan Collins. He wrote and played lead character.
Sings a song that's more or less pro pedophile or professing love to an underage girl.
Totally weird, not really good in any way but manages to maintain attention due to train wreck factor.
Released today, a career ender, but how it was ever deemed ok to put out there is beyond me.
The music is awful, yet it won some awards.
    Seriously WTF 1969 ?
I've always hated Newley's wobbly warble of a singing style/voice. I guess I dug this movie up and watched it due to its infamy again. Caught my eye in a list for it's weird long title then noticed Newley credited so I read further.
I would say to write and produce such horrid garbage is a Trumpian feat no less. Because it's so gross and so proudly offered to the world.
What's also so weird is Anthony Newley wasn't some odd ball entertainer playing bit rolls on Benny Hill, he was a major singer songwriter and actor back in the day.

Maybe I shouldn't post that here because I haven't actually seen it. But I saw a review with spoilers all the way through it. So I feel like I've seen it without the eyeball damage.
So I'm less inclined to see it now. But I may see it some day. Whatever is in the full move can't be shown on a utube review.
But it looks hella funny with ( I think) a real consideration of what it is to be different.

I'm pretty sure they don't explain that beyond the combination of toxic shit in the dump where it is at.

    omega Very Tilted

Recently rewatched Stay Hungry, with Jeff Bridges, Sally Fields, and Arnold Schwarzenegger. Beau Bridges said "brother, hold my ice tea". Just watched Hotel New Hampshire. That was bizzaro. And what a cast. Beau, Jodie Foster, Rob Lowe, Natasha Kinski, Wilford Brimley, Seth Green, Amanda Plummer, the list goes on. But had to turn it off with my wife when jodie gets gang raped in high school. Went back to finish it myself a few days later. Rob and Jodie eventually consumate their incestuous brother sister relationship. Seth Green and mom die in a transatlantic plane explosion, austrian terrorists try to kill the family, Natasha lives in her bear costume until she's sleeping with Jodie. Their younger sister writes a famous first novel. Second and third get panned, so she jumps out a window. Just a fucked up movie.

A fucked up novel made into a fucked up movie. I like most of the John Irving novels that I've read, but not all of them. The Hotel New Hampshire is the most ridiculous piece of shit novel I've ever read. If anyone is interested (ppfffttt) I made a long post in the What are you reading? thread.
