    BIG FAT SHANE SPOILER
Just like it says. The Walking Dead Season 2.5. Does Shane make it to the end or not?
Nope. And then he goes the 'Sophia' route! ZOMG!

    Source: roamersandlurkers
I found this at Spoiler TV.com but it had already been left as a comment on my blog a week or so ago. I wasn't sure of the sourcing on that so I didn't publish it. Now there's more intel (spoilers) with the fate of Shane plus more of the previous (potential) huge spoilers.
SpoilerTV's description of the source of the massive Walking Dead spoilers.
'On RoamersandLurkers (the biggest Walking Dead forum), there's this member who claims that he's part of the production team. He's leaked spoilers for the second half of the season, including Shane's fate. Of course we all have to take this with a grain of salt, but I thought it was interesting to get it out to you guys...'

Here's more on the next episode 2.08 'Nebraska'
DON'T READ FURTHER IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS!

Nebraska is an awesome episode, most likely one of the best and has nothing to do with the state of Nebraska.

After the barn-walker massacre and a heated encounter with Shane, Hershel goes to a bar in town to drown his sorrows; Rick and Glenn go after him, finding him drinking. Two guys walk into the bar out of nowhere and fake being nice, all along wanting to know where they are staying so they can go raid and rape, etc. Rick pretty much goes cowboy on 'em and kills 'em both. Hershel has a new-found admiration for him after this.

Anyway, after awhile a bunch of people come looking for their friends and finally find out (what became of them) and there is a firefight between Rick's people and (many of) the others.

Probably buying this next one on iTunes not long after it is available. This show is one of the few time I wish I had an active cable/satellite television feed with AMC. I really just want AMC, the history channel, and most of all TCM. I could fill a DVR box with TCM programming with no effort at all.

Ok, just watched a marathon of the second season, watched the third season opening episode, and read this thread.

Second season was as good for me as the first.

First episode of Season 3 at the end....That's what I'm talking about!
That's some Wild West shit there!!

I really enjoyed the return and am so glad I have some time now to get back to a bit of tube and TFP time!
First, we were not the only folks that dug last night's eppy. Check it out:

    Some background on Nebraska:

"Everyone is undergoing a transformation." The cast and crew explore how their characters are changing in the wake of the Sophia's death.

So what to look forward to next week on The Walking Dead?

Last night, The Walking Dead returned from its winter hiatus with a bang -- quite literally. I have been avoiding this thread for fear of spoilers. I had the Sophia thing spoiled for me and I'm trying to watch things fresh. That being said, I watched the mid-season premier tonight and there was some good stuff in there. I really like that they are starting to bring home the fact that the greatest threat to the group isn't necessarily zombies...

    Easy to be confused Fremen.
First season was only 6 episodes!
Then this part 1, part 2 stuff in season 2, which will be 12 or 13 episodes. I'm still excited that we are moving forward. That look on 'Rick's' face upthread? I'm betting we'll be seeing a much more hardcore Rick by the end of season 2.
