  1. June is going to be interesting. I will not be drinking from May 28 - June 28. I am doing a challenge with my rugby ladies....Squats, Crunches and Planks.

I love planks. I'm good at them. Its' basically the position a lock finds herself doing in the scrum.

Not looking forward to doing 250 squats though.

Just re-signed up for myfitnesspal. I'm going back on the diet and exercise to lose weight thingy. Woot. I hope my knee keeps up with me. If things work out I'm going to join a real ( Non-planet fitness ) gym and start powerlifting again.

I'm currently getting jacked-up on white tea before my Muay Thai class. (That's how I roll, fuckers!)

I'm still feeling some DOMS from Saturday's plyometrics. I rarely get DOMS unless it's at the beginning of a routine and I've been inactive. It's usually a good sign, being that my muscles are developing.

Ok, so I let myself go a little. I've got this crazy idea that I need to run? So I dl'd couch to 5k, and I'm on week 5. But now I can't get over the pain from the shin splints. I feel I can physically run it, except for that pain. I've done everything I was told (i.e. stretch, flex toes for 5 minutes, ice, heat, etc), but the pain I get is too much. Going to try again today.

I feel once I get this, I can run a lot more. I'm going to incorporate weights this week too. Just need to get over the pain!

Yes, I got fitted at a running shop and the shoes do make a huge difference. They were the ones to give me ideas how to prevent it. It helps. I just have to push through it.

That article is exactly what I needed! Thanks. Def. not running like I was, going to bike, or anything less stressful.

Reinforcing the gaunt structure that is my meat vehicle continues. Departed Earth last time at 174. Rotations of heavy squats and dead lifts puts me at 181. This is the most I've weighed since forever. Feels good.

Woot knee hasn't failed me yet. I've biked for 30 minutes at least 3 times this week, have lifted ( light ) weights and just a little swelling, and that mostly in the knee I didn't have worked on. Next month I join a good gym and start working my way back up to some proper weights.

Holy shit I've gotta start cutting out the junk food. I feel like shit during my Muay Thai sessions, and it's not because I don't go enough. What's more, I've gotta start adding some serious "power food."

Did I seriously just eat a large bag of Doritos for lunch?

Did her monthly measurements and my friggin' beastly girlfriend has 13" arms.

Apparently I need to do my bi/tri work. I'm only beating her by two inches.
