    Oh no, the gay couple is *very* affectionate towards each other..although they do play up to numerous stereotypes in the show.

    Don't expect Brokeback type stuff, but kissing and no apology for being a gay couple is readily available in the show

    Don't forget having annoying tendencies, just like everyone else. Including stereotypical tendencies that are played for comic effect. Remember the 3rd or 4th episode of the first season where Cam talks about how Jay (the dad) was uncomfortable around him until they figured out they had college football in common - and Cam played center for the Fightin' Illini.
