    I have lived in central oregon almost my whole 3 decades, including my childhood, and I say Oregon's got its potential, but know that there are rural areas that fucking suck too.

    So the moral of that bullshit
    is that you can be lonely and restless
    just depends on who you know or don't know

    don't know jack about Portland, but I'm finally crafting proper connections so I can serve my city better from (you guessed it) Washington state.

    Sure, he made the effort...now.
    But how would you feel if your parent forgot??

    Yes, I have that type of dad too. (no shit) I'm sorry you have to deal with it. No one should.
    I just mostly let go...focus on my own life. Like a warped version of the song, The Cat, The Cradle and The Silver Spoon...I've got my own life to live. For him...Too little, too late...and too weird.
    I'm just thankful I have my mother, she's sanity...and real.
