The Complaining and Bitching Thread

WTF was the deal on the Gulf Freeway this afternoon? Three accidents northbound, and one southbound, in the space of 10 miles. It took us 65 minutes to drive those 10 miles.

We stopped at Sam's Club. Then just after our exit there were two more accidents on the Gulf Freeway northbound.

Of course I was driving.

I have a tough time with pillows. I sleep in every position during the night and I have an extreme claustrophobic - like response to things touching the front of my neck, from my carotids forward. So I end up having to rely on traditional pillows. I got one from target today for a couple of bucks to get me through until I find better.

 

Simple solution: Hurry up and give birth .

 

Brother number 2 lazily tried to kill himself this weekend. Sort of an overdose of his meds. He lives with the parents and they found him on the couch unresponsive. The doctor said if they found him 15 minutes later, they would not have been able to resuscitate. He admitted to being suicidal and is going to see a psychiatrist this week.

Brother number 1 and wife are both moving into assisted living, because of how bad their health is. It looks like a race to the end. Oldest brother is just 56 this year. Wife same age.

Brother number 5 ( the youngest) keeps posting depressed suicidal messages to Facebook. I think it's just for attention, but it both pisses me off and depresses me to see it. Need to stay off of FB, I guess.

The wife has been depressed thinking that I'm going to go nuts and accuse her of being unfaithful, although I've been actively not been watching any of her interactions, and let her know I won't (or at least will try not to). I can't wait until she's done with treatments. And, oh yeah, she's going to see just which ablation surgery she will need on her heart in the next week. 31, and having heart trouble, sheeeeeesh. Probably caused by the chronic chemo and radiation of the past few years.

I need to drink more. I can't believe I'm the most sane guy in my family, but it seems to be true. I may be an only child soon, except for my sister, who is waaaaay to mean and hard-headed to die, so she'll live to be 200 or so.
