    I had the worst migraine I think I've ever had in my life today. It started with a pinched nerve in my neck at 8:30 this morning, halfway through my first period class. I had a horrible aura right before lunch. It only really started to subside once I got home and took some Canadian muscle relaxers. My neck is still tender, but at least the migraine is gone.

    Grappling causes heavy breathing and makes you very sweaty.
