Hahahaha, yes. For us, it's the coffee grinder, but I can't really complain about that. But then there's also the cupboards banging, the pan hitting the stove for his morning eggs, and the turning on the bedroom light.

I can't make progress in getting my garage organized. Too much stuff, to much indecision. It overwhelms me just to look at it. And it's not even that bad.

You'll have to literally pay me to read this book. (No, seriously.)

I'm not fond of $10 words being slipped into what is otherwise such cheap prose.

Ugh, I've been reading a story online that regularly has words I have to look up. Given my level of education and what I studied, I shouldn't have to look words up at this point in my life, or at the very least, it should be an exceptionally rare occurrence. I really believe the author might want to reevaluate her word choice, as I firmly believe that if a skilled reader has to repeatedly reach for the dictionary, the author is trying too hard. Plus, I really hate when what I call an "SAT word" is dumped in the middle of an otherwise good sentence and the usage is just slightly off. Bugs the everliving shit out of me.

For me, this is on top of cheap (and sometimes unintentionally comical) cliffhangers at the end of chapters. They really are unnecessary, but I understand this is part of the whole "thriller" trick of keeping readers reading. I simply don't have the patience for it.

It's also a fanfiction trick. I hate it.

Hospitals suck major ass. Just spent way too long in one. Next time my mother has a pet die I'm staying home. My brother who lives 15mins from her house can deal with it.

  13. My calf muscle hurt. I definitely pulled it, hoping I didn't tear it. I did hear/feel a pop.

Can't get into my doctor until November 20th though. :-/

I read a novel about an anthropologist who travelled to South Africe to track down a "mystical guru" who had his "secret" commune "hidden" deep in the jungle. The fact that he used cement to construct many of the buildings makes the idea of it being "secret" and "hidden" totally ridiculous. The author loved to use obscure words.

    Vaccinations debates.
I hate people who pick and choose what goes along with their own beliefs already. Not the facts. Go ahead, don't get vaccinated. Stay away from me and get sick. Stupidhead.

I didn't cry, but I'm still waiting for it to hit me that Naruto is over. I've been reading the manga for years.

Fuck, if this book weren't over 100 pages too long, I'd be done with it already.

We had some neighbors who were anti-medical everything, including vacciantions. They relied on prayer, brass jewelry, magnets, etc. when their 14 month old son became seriously ill. He wasn't taken the hospital until he was nearly dead. It turns out he had meningitis. He will have the mind of a 14 month old for the rest of his life, not to mention frequent seizures and other health issues.

Just be sure they don't send you to a "death panel."
