  1. DAKA

DAKA DOING VERY NICELY, THANK YOU

I don't know about "tablets" but I got so seriously pissed at Microsoft and its problems, I refused to spend $1000 for a small Apple laptop so I bought a $250 CHROMEBOOK. It does everything I need, message boards, email e-bay etc....my only problems are that the operating sustem is a bit different in the documents and pictures operation, but even I will figure it out somehow....it helps that I can run over to Best Buy and get advice and instruction from the GOOGLE specialists they have on hand at times of the day.
    :) very happy....suck it MICROSOFT....

  3. I have a cough. Every time I cough, it scares BabySquirrel...much like when DaddySquirrel sneezes. :-(

I felt a coughing fit coming on when I was putting BabySquirrel down for a nap. I was NOT going to wake her up. I gently put her down in the crib and made sure she was settled. Then I ran down the hall and started coughing.

What? Why wouldn't you finish the job? That would make my head hurt. My husband cleans completely...but more often than not he just forgets to start, and that's okay too--usually. I opened our office this morning to find he'd dumped out a pile of electronics, including our Wii, on to the floor in order to free up a duffel bag. Instead of putting things away, he'd just left them there, out of sight, out of mind.

Chris Noyb Get in, buckle up, hang on, & be quiet.

We took my MIL to visit my FIL on Father's Day. One of the ladies at the AL facility was rolling around and talking loudly the entire two hours that we were there. Sometimes she relatively quiet, other times she'll park herself in front of the coffee pot and cuss out anyone who tries to get her to move. Even though she clearly agitated the hell out of a couple of residents, none of the staff made any attempt to get her to settle down.

The singer & guitarist who was supposed to be there as a special treat for Father's Day didn't show up. The activities folks who used to keep the residents engaged and entertained are no longer there.

I wish I could make some people understand that my choices aren't about them. At all. They are not a reflection on them. They are a reflection on me.

Going through a period where I feel that I have at least twice as much work as I have days to complete it.
Gotta get as much done by the 25th as I can, cause I leave town the next day.

Did you watch the match? I'm guessing not. It was very tense. I'm still recovering from the stress.

I didn't have the opportunity, I'm afraid. Duty called. I'm settling for a nice, sedate baseball game.

You must, indeed, rest your jangled nerves, dear @snowy.

I will. I must say, though, that I am unsure that writing smut is conducive to giving my nerves a break, but I might do it anyway.

Well, it'll be a different type of nerve-tingling tension. That might help. Perhaps you'll engage some different stimulatory neurotransmitters....

As I've no doubt mentioned previously, I'm a professional scientist, so you can trust me on this.

Whatever knowledge I may lack on the subject of neurotransmitters, I make up for in the area of stimulation. :D

True enough. I did write some more, and I did find it helpful.

    Whiskey might be more helpful.
