    It was a movie that my daughter started watching, The Man in the Moon. She ended up getting bored and leaving. I sat there and watched the whole thing and then it made me cry. It was ridiculous.

    There are those who agree with you and those that are happy to hear it. I figure the median membership length is pretty equivalent. There comes a time when you get sick of having every mistake, real or imagined, pointed out to you from the same folks who, interestingly, never have anything positive to say. In business, it's the 80/20 rule. That's upside down for me right now.

    That said, there are folks that are great about positive feedback. Count yourself among them, sir. Thanks for that.

    I used to get burnt out a lot, or close to it. Then I slowly made a change towards considering the source a lot more before I let stuff bug me. If the grief, complaints, and stress are coming from people who only dish those things out, and dish them out freely to almost all they interact with, I have gotten much better at letting it slide right off. It's made managing message boards far more enjoyable for me.

    As I've said before, I hope you are able to figure out a way to balance things out to be happy while continuing to be the asset here that you are.

    I haven't seen it since I was a teen, but I remember bawling my eyes out. It was a sweet but sad movie. That said, I wonder if it would have the same effect now. I bet Reese Witherspoon looks super young.
