Why in the fuck would you charge $10/month extra per CAT in rent after a $400 per cat deposit? Is a cat really going to do $320 worth of damage (each!) in a year?

 

My Tommy is way too lazy to cause that much damage. The couch cushions sink where he likes to nap, but that's the most damage he can do.
