    This used to be me, and then I had to basically buy a whole new wardrobe for teaching. Preschool=jeans and t-shirt or trackpants and t-shirt. Middle school=trousers and blouse with jacket or sweater. I've got a pretty good wardrobe built up now.

    Guess it's time to go on an elimination diet and figure out what the new trigger is. Day 2 of this. It could just be a bug, but I don't think it is. The symptoms and feeling are consistent with a flare-up. Ugh, ugh, ugh. I thought my IBS days were done.

    My back still hurts. I went to class today and sat in a very uncomfortable chair. Now I am at my office and am sitting in another uncomfortable chair. I'm thinking of lying on the floor as that seems to be the only position I like....flat on my back.
