    That is the tricky part. The conservatives are trying to implement their tea party approved and funded agenda quietly where they can, and are having some success at firing people or not filling the government jobs to downside the government like they want. Even though I'm not sure if they are doing it on purpose or are incompetent and can't find the worst person for the job who will help dismantle it or prove that government is bad and that agency isn't needed.

    The tweets are distracting the news media from doing the hard investigative journalism work and probably making people turn off the news. The bigger issue is what will this mean in 2019-2020 during the next election and the sheer volume of distractions that is easy for the media to talk about and to give out free publicity.
