I give too many fucks.

 

I know, I was joking. I've been on twitter. I hate it. #boringonlinesociallife

 

I'm still having trouble with the fact that ADD has really done a number on my self esteem. I know it has, I understand what happened, but I still have this self loathing and I still try to function "normally". I have to learn that I'm not fucked up and mostly worthless, and accept that I need to learn my own systems to be functional.

 

I love liquids. I must have some type of drink at all times. Right now I have coffee, water and juice.

Before pregnancy....there was usually beer or wine. I don't think I'm an alcoholic per se. I just love liquids.

 

If you're just saying water, I probably don't drink the recommended 1/2 your body weight in ounces, but I'm damn close. If you count the H2O that is in my coffee (decaf these days) and other liquids, then I am well over that.

 

I used to drink quite a bit of water but have cut back at the new job. I don't have a desk per se, so I don't have a place for my stuff -- including my water bottle.

 

Two nieces in two days. From two different sister in laws.

I must confess that one is cuter than the other. I may be biased because I like one brother more over the other. Incidentally, the brother I do like happens to look a lot like me. His babies look like him, and by that I mean, they look like me.

Squishy and Guinea Pig are absolutely gorgeous. AK (Those are her initials because I don't even have an adorable nickname for her.) looks like her daddy. A cuter version of her daddy, but still.....

I'm a terrible aunt.

 

Some babies just don't look that great. Ain't your fault.

 

I just accepted a request to 'like' a facebook page belonging to a death metal band that one of my young paramours is in.
I am going to hell.

I don't think that principal works with cookies. I mean, I'd eat them all and be all "SO GOOD!" as I roll off the couch. For reals.

Cookies were made to be eaten. They understand this and they accept it. Put the little buggers out of their misery. They'll thank you...

 

Damn it...now I want cookies.

I'm making buckeyes tonight so maybe that will help. I'll probably through some cookies in the oven too.

 

I had both a slice of homemade pecan pie and a piece of Kirkland fruitcake (first five ingredients are fruits and nuts!) in one day!
I also took a brisk walk, did yoga and had crazy-wild sex--not to burn calories. All for fun!

 

The dishwasher is on the fritz so I have no clean glasses and I've been drinking wine straight from the box.

Anyone want to join the Death Penis fan club? (sleazily raises eyebrows) (no, we don't have a Facebok page)
