Spending time on TFP right now because...

I miscalculated how much fuel I would need and my main engine burned out a when I was only a few m/s away from orbit. My Kerbals have just reentered the atmosphere.

 

It's Saturday night (aka very early Sunday), still way too early to go to bed, so I'm looking for truth, or at least some fun.

 

It's a helluva lot easier on the eyes than Reddit.

I am here now because I woke up early, the dogs are still asleep next to me, I have made tea to take my meds with, and to make me a liar, two small dogs are now shaking and scratching, and my gentleman friend dog is quietly washing himself - most of my tea is now forfeit, sigh, and I have got to chop pill into thirds - which is bloody nigh impossible - its like phenobarb one of the gals is on, so it has to be like quite close on measurement. Bloody football on BBC1 - makes me feel like I have been up and about checking in here.

 

Because I'm trying to stay out of the way of both my former and current SOs as the former finally moves her shit out of my house.

 

Killing time till the chili is cooked at Wendy's.
(we have Wendy's for lunch every Sunday... #6 with a Dr Pepper please...)

 

...because I've been sick all week and have a lot of catching up to do!

I cycle through about 8-10 web addresses, checking what's what between reading the news and looking for new photo images. TFP is part of that cycle. I'm learning how to read this version's "Latest Posts" but I admit that so far it is still harder for me to navigate. Must be a familiarity thing.

 

Because I'm bored out of my skull and am looking for some entertainment.

I can't sleep, either. Even though I was tired all day, and I have an 8:00 appointment with a certain furry creature for "walkies." Sigh.

 

Same here, although I can feel it creeping up on me finally. Not that this place makes me tired, usually the opposite.

Typically during the day it is for a brief break from reality, for entertainment.

 

I'm waiting for a compile.

Actually because I've Just Got Back inside my Snecking Apartment after being locked out, half nekkid for three hours and I'm doing that jittery 'coming out of shock' kind of thing
