    I take my SAAB to a specialist shop and they always return it to me freshly washed. I've asked them NOT to vacuum the interior, or they would do that as well.

    my volvo goes to the dealer in florida evry fall and whenever it seems there may be a problem. they do the work, wash it, vacuum it, etc., AND provide me with a free 'loaner' while it is being serviced/repaired. don't know if a volvo dealer qualifies as a small business, but they've got mine for a long time coming...

    also deal with a small tire retailer right around the corner from where we live in florida. i buy a set of tires from them and they, for free, take care of any problems i have with the tires - loss of air, road hazard, rotation, balancing, etc. nice people to deal with and they are SO convenient...
