This is actually a translation of a Latin phrase that Thomas Jefferson used: Malo periculosam, libertatem quam quietam servitutem.
It has also been translated as, "I prefer the tumult of liberty to the quiet of servitude."

 

Solitary Man, the standpoint of your second image contradicts that of your first, because authoritarian prescriptions of cultural conformity violate unconditional freedom. If you personally prefer "dangerous freedom" like Thomas Jefferson, it follows that you would tolerate all cultural practices, including any that you do not consider American.

Offering refutations is easier if you submit only one image per post, but since you've done multiple, I'll separate my commentary on each with a line break.

The Guevara image is cute. Sanders isn't really a socialist's socialist, however (he's a social democrat, not a socialist Democrat). Incidentally, Che may not have supported Bernie's progressive policies on gay rights.

I've seen this one Twitter. Its imagery is a bit extreme of course; checks and balances on the executive branch make it unlikely that a President Trump would pose either an existential or global catastrophic risk.

It's not clear what Trump pays in taxes, because he still hasn't released his returns. I wouldn't condemn him as a philanderer as much as a casual misogynist. Non-monogamous relationships can be conducted ethically. Also worth noting is that Trump isn't nearly the religious bigot that his more homophobic running mate is.

The FBI can't "rewrite the law" but has recommended that Clinton not be charged, in context of how this kind of negligence is conventionally treated. Powell, Rice's aides, and Kerry have all used private email accounts to send or receive classified information, and mishandling of classified military intelligence typically results in a letter of reprimand (which is very serious but far from a criminal charge) unless material was deliberately leaked.

Correlation isn't causation. There's plenty of robust evidence of conservative policies harming the economy, but the partisan affiliations of the states with the poorest counties isn't very damning.

I have no criticism of the "Voting Republican" and subsidies graphics, which are more strongly satirical than the others. But playing a Pokemon game is logically irrelevant to keeping apprised of world news. To substantiate the claim that the two are inversely related, empirical evidence would be required.

See that one is funny because it works both ways.
Neither side finds the current condition acceptable so I guess the meme has value that way.
You see it was business, capitalism, that came up with the term following the almost Great Depression of 2007-2013.
They were the ones who decided it was okay to keep screwing the little people while giving bonuses to the bosses.

Creates a straw man (GOVERNMENT as a concept rather any kind of specific)
Tacks it to a stereotype image (most people don't understand what life in a wheelchair is like and associate it with suffering)
Creates a totally unlikely situation.
Throws out all the worst possible ideas people have about what governments do.
Then congratulates itself on being such a smart little meme.

Also, the rifles v knives comparison is dishonest, given 5,562 murders by handguns in 2014 and 1,959 by other types of firearms. many of which have high capacity magazines that the NRA likes to call "modern sporting rifles" despite being weapons of war.
