    All the respects to you Speed_Gibson. There was a time in my last marriage that we owned two rentals, one paid for one mortgaged. all that turned into was another full time job that I paid to have. Maybe I just didn't do it right. My sister is flipping houses on the side, again she hurts all the time from the full time job that she took on. and it won't pay enough for her to do it again.

    Words like "child support" do wonders for your budget. Oh well, still mostly healthy and to quote the shortest verse in the Bible which I am reminded of frequently "This too shall pass."
