    Holy shit, it's here.

I swear, the frame weighs about as much as a paper clip.

And the steerer tube on that fork gives new and profound meaning to the term "uncut."

That pile of firewood reminds me of my weekend house in PA, Lake Wallenpaupac, 25 years ago.
There was a lot of building going on and I made a connection with the guys who removed the trees, they'd dump the 6 to 8' trunks, limbs etc on my front yard and I LOVED chainsawing them into 12 -18" lengths and hand splitting them.....when I sold the house there was enough wood under the back porch for about 2-3 years of weekends.....wow, I had forgotten all about that....
Now firewood, what is that.....Ft Lauderdale weather...I LOVE it...

How does it ride? I have seen a few on the trails here. I can only imagine they roll over the mud, rocks and roots like they were nothing.

My son has winter studs for his snowy commutes. How do these fatties handle?

They sure roll over most things and they roll better than I had expected. Lot of adjustments of tire pressure depending on terrain and surface. I got it for commuting when there is (much) snow as my daily commute can't even be called trail. Changed the tires and "studded" the new tires myself. My other bikes have studded tires made by Nokia/Nokian/SuomiTyres but I could not get any studded FAT tires. I put set screws (M4x8 mm) and that's a great improvement.

Not mine but I found it for my girlfriend's 18 year old son. 2004 Malibu ls with the 3.5 v6. 96,000 miles. Immaculate except for moderate hail damage that won't be repaired. Original paint, clean interior. Everything works. Family discount for a used car meant 3400 out the door. It's really a good car for a beginning driver.

I feel like it's too small, but the next size could end up being too big. It's from Tuck's Tooques, which is mail order. And run by an autistic teen and his dad. I'm stuck on whether to keep it.

Oh, and we didn't get pedestals because we want Littlegirly to be able to reach everything and help. She LOVES helping with laundry. Now that we have front-loading machines, she won't even need to use a step stool.

Bought this with my latest haircut. My haircut is an undercut and slicked straight back. I have a strong cowlick up front and needed something to tame it. This actually fills the bill. It is a straight up grease, a blend of wax and petroleum. I can work it throughout the day, unlike a gel which just gets crispy. It really is thick in the can, though. Very happy with it and does what I want.

Looking at that can I would believe it's the original one made in the 40s and you're just still using it.

I have strange/unruly hair, widows peak, a cowlick at the front, & a double cowlick at the crown. I keep it buzzed short, and use Groom & Clean on the occasions when I need to slick it down. I can't complain, though, unless something really unusual happens I'll have a full head of hair well into my rust years.

This is a Digital Audio Player (IPOD). While my gen 2 IPOD Nano refuses to die, I'm tired of dealing with Apple and Itunes. Gave the IPOD to my daughter, no more I-thingys for me. This is a low end device ($99) with no memory and uses a microSD card. We'll see; but my intent is to use it as an audio jukebox for the truck. It reads FLAC, meaning my 620G music collection can be copied directly (F U Itunes). While it's unsupported, I was able to format a 200G card in it. At 350Mb per cd using FLAC, I ought to be able to store 5-600 cds at cd quality on this.

Still working on loading music, you'd think that choosing your favorite 500 cds would be easy ...
