Apologies, I didn't see your response until just now.

We will have to fundamentally disagree on the limitations of free speech. I believe the US is the only country in the world to be so lax about it. But even then, your litigation industry is not unfamiliar to the limits of free speech.

Emotional distress is often caused by psychological attacks. There is a reason why people who've sued for remarks such as "freak", "fat cow" and "fatty" have won and received compensation. Defamatory statements or insults against a recently deceased relative/friend have a generally worse impact on someone, in many cases driving them to be absorbed by hate, to lash out, to become violent, and sometimes even murder (though we could argue on the applicability of manslaughter).

Incitement of hatred is another issue, but apparently not taken very seriously in the US as far as I know.

And I would call people like that stalkers, which should be actionable, or at least investigatable. There is intent behind this kind of activity. Not just being an ass. I admit that there's a bit of gray area, in all of this.

There's very good reason why the constitution excludes religion. You imaginary friend is not the one I'm going to listen to. Thanks for playing.

Huh, I just figured out that our friend Edward Palamar is either a pedophile or a pedophile apologist. Curiouser and curiouser.

And he's got a strange definition of the word "claim". Apparently if he states it, it is so. So we must accept that he's St. John the Baptist (see how I corrected my spelling error there?). Which is odd since I'm actually the reincarnation of St. John the Baptist. It must be so since Christ came to me in a dream last night and told me exactly that.

No, that was the other St. John the Baptist. Probably the one that Edward Palamar was.

This pretty much sums up the arrogance of the staff here:

I didn't vote for any of them, I feel repressed! *squint*
