    Ugh, I think I've been fighting the flu the last day and a half. We're at a standstill at the moment, I hope I'm able to kick it's butt before it kick's mine. Have fun plans for the weekend that I don't want to cancel. Have painful plans for next week (wisdom teeth out) that I also don't want to have to cancel, but can't have an infection going into. Bah.

    I had a miniature assistant for a little bit this afternoon while Lordeden and his mom went to lunch. We played trains, ran laps around the work table, and talked to the fish. It was pretty awesome.

    Okay, so it's sunny and 4°C (39°F), and all the snow is melting. The grass is still green underneath it.

    On Saturday, it's supposed to be partly cloudy and 11°C (52°F), which by Canadian standards is pretty much patio weather.

    So does that mean it's spring?

    [The normal range for this time of year is -11°C (12°F) and -2°C (28°F).]

    Yeah, when your mom is Gloria Vanderbilt, you don't have much of a chance. He is a clever guy, though.

    You sound like you may be getting the flu. It's apparently being under-reported by the press that 'this' strain didn't get put into the flu shot that many of us got.
    It lasts about 2 weeks in an adult and it lays you out flat for a couple days.
    I hope you don't have it, that you heal quickly and feel better ASAP!!
