Ya know, I had a really solid paragraph of a rant in the Tilted Health Club thread about this kind of logic. I decided against posting it because it's way too Xerxes.

All this time I've spent watching what I eat and using workout plans seems like a lot of masturbation. I should probably just drink PBR and do squats twice a week.

 

I like when my refrigerator is full of all shades of green, orange, brown, yellow, and white.
I got to go to whole foods today... kale, carrots, cheese foots, ham, squash, Alive!, spirulina powder, shiitake mushrooms, coconut nog as a treat (not dessert, lol), pickles, greens, organic milk for S's coffee, spinach, tomatoes, onions, golden beets... and my favorite in the brown food category: Beer.

^^^Thanks for reminding me of that song... I remember when it seemed this song played 24 hours straight on all radios. Those were dark days.

 

I didn't realize that my grotesque oil bath problem would inspire such outpourings of nostalgia and community service.

 

Me, too. I did manage to make a ginormous pot of vegetable soup. With that accomplished, I figured I could put off cleaning until tomorrow. I need the rest.
