Today I am watching the season ending Formula One race from Brazil (just about to begin) followed by the Vikings at Chicago. Will be a good day as a couch potato, as long as the Bears win!

Hah! My current girlfriend had an excited conversation with me about baked potatoes in bed last night. When I responded she grunted and woke up. It was comical.

Got a cortisone shot in my elbow last week and it was better for a day or two. Now its hurting again. Suggestions??

 

I lost 3 lbs last week. I love thanksgiving. I can't eat most of the stuff people adore so I end up eating raw veggies, lean meats and salad. It pisses my family off so much

Seriously, though: 2nd opinion. The steroid injection treats a symptom, in this case, inflammation. What is causing the inflammation? You've mentioned "Tennis Elbow." I've found that a brace like this gave me some relief while bowling:


It takes some of the stress off the tendon in the elbow where most of my pain originated. Hope you find relief soon. It's a bitch living with a "toothache in my elbow" (as my brother used to say).
