The beast took about 60 seconds to devour this. The first 40 seconds were spent walking around the house looking for the perfect spot to lay down and nosh on it.

There's talk of Toronto as finally being the urban centre it has struggled to be. This is about the population becoming more dense rather than it continuing to sprawl. There is, of course, the good and the bad that goes along with that. Try catching a train at rush hour, for example.

Actually, Toronto's unemployment is higher than the national average. It's around 10%. However, the job growth here is currently the highest in the province. That may simply be due to size.

But, hey, construction is a good leading economic indicator though! We're going to need another Ikea up in here!

A buddy has been bugging me for weeks to get a picture of Stanley next to the bike. I have no clue why, but he wouldn't give up asking, so I finally went to the trouble to oblige today.

Stanley was very confused as to why he was asked to come in the garage and sit down. :p

I can totally read canine body language.

    Here goes:

"Dude, what are we doing out here? I was napping."

"Why do I have to sit next to this noisy thing? What if it goes off again?"

"Shit...seriously...where's that cookie you promised me?"

  6. Borla, I do not see why you would question your buddy's motives to see that.

Personally, I would like to see Stanley ON the bike wearing a helmet, goggles and a leather jacket. Make THAT happen...NOW!

He is a little scared of the vacuum cleaner and the mower. Not enough to run, but enough to avoid it and walk the other way. Once I started the bike when he was 4-5' away from it. All he did was stand there and look at me. Not sure if it was because I was on it and he figured I had it under control, or what. As soon as I took off down the drive my wife said he tried to take off after me and it was all she could do to hold him back. :p

Hah! As soon as someone donates a sidecar that matches my bike, he gets rides. Until then, no go. :p

I've always heard good things about it, but you really need to find out for yourself: It doesn't get much better than punching shit as hard as you can for stress relief.

Also, it's nice to see development occurring in your arms without having to do a single biceps curl or triceps extension. (Boring!)

You know that weighs about as much as the My Little Pony dumbbell set my sister had, right?

I do not drink alcohol personally but that sounds correct. Beer has the same weight at least as soda/other carbonated beverages. You can do curls with red bulls and similar drinks. Should be able to burn some serious calories with the constant movement before your heart racing tells you to stop drinking them.
