    Watched one of my best NC friends get married tonight. Rather bittersweet. Cried when the bride danced the daddy-daughter dance, laughed and drank, danced my ass off. I kinda want to do it again, to be honest.

    I also just realized, Lordeden and I didn't get a picture. Which is sad...we NEVER dress up, so this was quite the occasion. We looked goooood.

    October 28th 2012 will be a year that my daughters friend had a severe car accident. Brain injury and lost her left leg.
    In these last two months I have seen her progress in an unbelievable way. Her speech has become so much clearer and is walking well with her prosthetic leg.
    These are the things that make me smile. :)

    We're at that time of year where it's either still a little too warm in the bedroom for the heavy blanket or a little too cold for the thin one, and it keeps waking me up. Not to mention I had to double-check that I was right about my discussion posts for this week. Every professor has a different system and it's hella annoying. Some want a reply back to my peers; some don't. This particular professor says to "apply back when appropriate." How vague can we get? Since I was in the group leading discussion this week, it still isn't clear to me as to whether I was supposed to post an additional reply elsewhere or not. These are the things that wake me up at night.
