    I dislike this paradox. I have a "lady" friend that courts this idea. I don't think the two should be mutually exclusive. I lack motivation sometimes to exercise, but I do it anyway. You simply need to just do it no matter how half assed way possible, you will slowly build up a groove.

    No, the proper time was really Monday night. Well, technically Tuesday morning. It needed to be repeated on Tuesday afternoon, but that wasn't happening either. Tuesday night was a mess, but I got back to the hotel nice and early, just in time for a busload of my friends/trading partners to come back from a party and suck me back into the party at the bar. In no particular order, I consumed sake bombs, tequila shots, straight bourbon, about 9 bottles of wine, diet & Makers, about 57 million Coors Lites, an even dozen bloody marys, about 2 gallons of various local brews and one (1) sex-on-the-beach handed to me by a pair of boobs that I have to assume were attached to an attractive young lady (my memory on that one is a little hazy).

    Atlanta is still technically a wet town, but I did my best to drink it dry. Oh, and if you go to Morton's downtown, they're out of Silver Oak.

    And noodle, why are you breaking one of the cardinal rules of TFP and listening to any advice I have to give beyond "don't be a spammer".

    I haven't seen Alton do it, but I'm betting it's a low-and-slow method that he picked up from Shirley Corriher--which is where I learned to cook eggs :) Shirley is the food scientist that appears on Good Eats from time to time. Her cookbook, CookWise (and its sequel, BakeWise) are musts for anyone interested in the hows and whys of cooking and baking.
