Went to the gym for the first time in 200+ months. Took it easy rode a stationary bike (totally pointless as it isn't going anywhere).
Strangely I ache in mysterious places like I had been doing something totally different.....

Fucking hell. I bloody hope UPS isn't as unreliable in the States as it is here.

    Express delivery, my ass.

The old saying is so true, in order to get a loan for the bank..you must first prove you don't need it.

It's a very daunting and labyrinthine process. In my opinion, designed to discourage only the most stubborn and resourceful people from getting through it. Just stick with it.

Hah. After 30 minutes of incessant nagging with the UPS customer service department, my delivery today turned from "probably not" to "will deliver within 60 minutes".

The power of being a nagging bitch.

What's the point in injuring yourself during training, newb?

If you ever get the nerve to challenge me, I'll be sure to leave the guards at home for our bout.

Oh yeah, I love when tough guys talk crap like that. :D

Watch this and shush yourself back to your stiff drink:

Shin guards are an absolute necessity for Muay Thai training. There's no point in damaging/breaking your shins simply for training purposes.

I imagine you're right...even if it was in mocking fashion, it'd be nice to be noticed by her in any situation eh?

    Your FACE is sarcasm!

The sad part is that there are guys out there who say what you say, and are completely serious about it.

my face is why we have angry uteri to begin with.

Yes, in any competitive sport there are always those who think it's good to push boundaries but they're the ones on the sidelines during matches nursing a career ending injury.

I used to ride a stationary bike from time to time (when I lived in a place where winter exists) and I found it to be the most boring thing ever. So glad I can ride my bike whenever.

This is so weird. Just got a call from a real estate manager, inviting me to come to their office and look at their portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Dubai.

My question is: Why does a property manager I never dealt with have my number, name, nationality, knowledge of my type of business, and a rough estimate of my annual revenue?

I usually ride my bike any time of the year and often more in the winter than in the summer but current housing doesn't allow me to ride my bike.

This can't be the first time you've stumbled upon the phenomenon known as demographics.

Though I'll let you off the hook if you admit that you've never read a privacy policy, or even looked to see if there was one.

Mate, there's several problems with that.

I have bank accounts in Germany and Afghanistan, not in the UAE. I don't use credit cards. I don't do online shopping. And if I do, I do it through friends.

My personal expenses are almost always covered by cash payments. I never signed up to any loyalty programmes.

So where, I ask, did they get that kinda information from?!
