Pointless Announcements

It pisses me off whem perfectly healthy people park in a handicapped spot!

 

still editing. but now with a fine gin and tonic.
fortunately, this particular chore is filling in references vaporized in the late 90s.
things like that are usually pretty gone.
but so far so good...

 

Just had my first salad in six months. It still counts as a salad if there's meat in it, right?

 

ok so about 12 hours after i started there are two more chapters done.
two more to go in terms of dealing with the overcooked-pasta like sentences.
then there's a question: make a new last chapter, which would be symmetrical and complete the project that way, or no.
once i figure that out i can write the fucking introduction.

this will never, ever end.

 

In unimportant news, I reminded myself earlier how inexperienced I am with creating animated GIFs. Still came out decent enough...(see below, this was for an upcoming FARK PS contest/"gives me an excuse to to play with CS6 when I feel inspired enough"). The source for this one was a picture of that Hernandez fellow right after he finished pitching his perfect game.
And working night shift still sucks. Should finally ditch this schedule.

 

This isn't really pointless but me obsessing over it is. My 19 y.o. son's girlfriend has a fatal illness and they just chopped her life expectancy way back from what it was. I want to throttle the doctors. Who the fuck tells a kid that she'll never have a real life? Who the fuck does that?!
On a related note. I have two sons and they have now both gotten seriously involved with dying women (the 1st died at age 25). Don't suppose growing up with heart failure mom had anything to do with it? Argh. Not in a good frame right now.

 

The doctors have to do a dance... Honesty or have them possibly die unprepared? It's a horrible situation to be in, from all sides.

In other news, I am amazed and horrified at the amount of mucus the human body can produce. Thank you to the makers of Mucinex. I'm sick and fucking tired of being tired and fucking sick.

 

Some people are organized, and get things done early, instead of an hour before they have to leave.

I am not one of those people. :/

 

I think that's the problem, sort of-- I've always slid in just under the wire, and so I continue to do so, because it somehow always works out.

When I'm running around like a madwoman, I always think to myself, "This is crazy, next time don't do this." Except next time, I always do.

 

This is me, except for the woman part. I'm facing a deadline right now that I've procrastinated to the point of now having to work on it for the rest of the day. Oh well, never finish today what you can put off until tomorrow.

 

Oh habibi, you make me so happy.

 

The lingerie shower wasn't bad. I just suck at making small talk. I still think playing paintball & then staying up all night playing video games would've been more fun, though.

 

Yay! I love Saturdays also.

It's a difficult thing to experience death at such a young age, not to mention when it revolves around love of a young heart. Sorry to hear that Fangirl!
