Looking at the pictures now, I really thought he had a mullet at some point in his character's career. Hmmmm... This could be a layup of a costume. Few yards of fabric and a tshirt.

What episode is the smiling Spock from? That almost rings a bell but my not so inner geek is failing me on the specifics there.

 

I actually believe it's from an outtake. The original pic had a film crewman with a clapboard in the background.

 

That sounds right. There are relatively few spots in the entire broadcast run where Spock loses control or is forced to look emotional for whatever reason. Ranks up there with the shot of Leonard Nimoy in full costume/uniform leaning oover the main bridge console with a lit cigarette held in his hand.

 

So how is your 24th re-reading of Twilight going this time? You do have the special extended edition where Bella leaves Edward for Jacob, and Edward then kills them both in a fit of jealous rage right? Best part of the whole series but it is a bit graphic with all of the explicit details and gore.
Or were you referring to the 100 pages of fan fiction left to write?

In other news, I finished this goddamn fucking project! 34,000 words, 85 pages, lots of tears and 140+ more pages of testing materials.
Now... How the fuck to email it all to them?

In "honor" of the new Total Recall that I have no intention of viewing before it hits Netflix streaming or maybe the Red Box rental (dubious but possible) I decided to watch the proper 1990 version on Blu-Ray tonight.

Excellent idea because the remake was not great. It was flashy, had a lot of crazy action scenes and beautiful women fighting each other, but it was not as good as the original.

 

A clown nose? I was going to say belly-button. (Guess my mind's in the gutter, as usual.)
