    Apparently one of our windows popped open in the night and all four cats got out. When I got up, the boys were sitting at the back door waiting to be let in, Tumble was sitting on the potting bench and had to be carried in (you can tell who's the boss there), and by the time the three of them were in, Ruff was ready to be let in.

    Man, I've been working my abs so much at the gym the last month... and haven't been since early last week when I got sick.
    My sneezes, nose blowing, and trying to force myself to breathe through my nose has now resulted in two pulled lower ab muscles.
    This sucks.
